WASSAIL Kit

A seasonal cider-based drink kit inspired by a Pfleeger Pfamily tradition. Each winter we keep a pot of wassail on the kitchen stovetop to fill the house with the wonderful aromas of the season. We hope you'll use this kit for at-home enjoyment and as what we think is pretty much the perfect stocking stuffer for anyone with a stocking to stuff.

Our family recipe (and this kit) includes fine cut apples, oranges and lemons along with just the right proportions of warming spices, brown sugar and crystallized ginger. Combine with a jug of your favorite apple cider in a festive pot and simmer on medium heat until the house smells delicious. Spike it with a shot of booze if you want. And enjoy!
